Archivist's Key

Wondrous item, very rare

This magical key is one of several made by a secret order of historians and archivists. While holding the key, you can use an action to twist the key, as if you were unlocking a door. When you do, a magical, spectral door slowly appears in front of you over the course of 1 minute, creating a portal directly to Vanessa's library. The door lasts for 10 minutes, or dissapears early if you close and "lock" the door.

Over the course of 24 hours, you may imprint a new door onto the key, allowing it to create portals to that location as well. The key can hold at most 4 different locations, including Vanessa's library.

"I think so. It's fine. She'll be there when we leave later. Kicking and screaming, but there nonetheless."
